Private training sessions: (60 minutes & 30 minutes)  All private training programs are designed to meet the goals of the client.  Each session will include; core/strength training, cardio and flexibility. 

Semi-Private classes:  All sessions are 60 minutes and max of 6 people in each class.  Classes are offered Monday-Thursday/5 classes a day.  Each class has a different focus but will always include; core training, cardio and flexibility.  Semi-Private classes offer one-on-one instruction and exercise customization to fit each individual.

Private Corporate Training classes: All sessions are 60 minutes and max of 6 people in each class. You've seen what
a workout plan can do for you, but what about your business? A healthy body means a healthy mind, increased
productivity, motivation and positive mental well-being. The reward of such benefits in the workplace are immeasurable.
